This Belmont Home, had a flood that took place back in 2017 through the homes Radiant heat system. The Clients engaged SKA to create a modern addition on the rear of the home while creating a full gut remodel throughout the interior. the result was a chefs kitchen, and huge entertaining space that allowed for this family of 7 to all have their own bedrooms, bathrooms and places to gather. the structural engineering involved to open these interior spaces created significant challengers but partnering with Siegel Associates on this project allowed SKA to dream big in how we could go about opening up the space to family and Guests.
